Old photograph of Bogie Street, Huntly and the Strathbogie Parish Church taken around 1900. Aberdeenshire, Scotland

Below the the Strathbogie Parish Church in Bogie Street, Huntly in the photograph you can see three buildings, gable end on to the street. The middle one at this time was still thatched with various materials such as heather and reed. Between the first two buildings there was a close that lead to the Stables of Wardie and Co who carried out a considerable sized catering business for the railway. The nearest building was used by Wardie & Co as an office.
