Below
the the Strathbogie Parish Church in Bogie Street, Huntly in the
photograph you can see three
buildings, gable end on to the street. The middle one at this
time was still thatched with various materials such as heather and reed. Between
the first two buildings there was a close that lead to the Stables of Wardie and Co who carried out a considerable
sized catering business for the
railway. The nearest building was used by Wardie & Co as an office. |
