Wonderful - I have scant knowledge of my Scottish blood.
I know Scottish history but wish to know more and your site is so excellent! I only know
my father and forebears were Millers and Scottish. Thank you!

I think your web site is wonderful. I have read about the Picts and find them
fascinating. My ancestors are from Scotland as well. It's a good thing. Jackie

A most interesting site a pictorial date line of events would be a most useful adjunct
to this site. This would be even better if it was interactive with your other historical
sites.
Keep this well and alive
Yours

hello there,
This is an excellent site to collect information. I am in grade 8 and I am doing a major
social studies assignmet on scotland itself.
I think that this site is going to be even better when it's totally completed!
Thanks, for you'r help for my information gathering off the internet. My project would of
never been the same without it, and I will certainly visit again
Bye bye for now

Great site! With Historical Societies' help, I traced my lineage back to King Kenneth
MacAlpin, who united the Scots and Picts into one kingdom. He is my 34th
great-grandfather. I understand his mother was Pictish, but I haven't been able to find
any information on her or what her name was. I am very interested to learn more about the
Picts.

This web site is amazing in it's detail with Scottish history. I recently found out
that our family surname was Scottish and of Pictish descent. Being American it's hard to
piece together where your family roots originate from and this sight has shown me more
than I've ever seen about Pictish history.

Hello!
Im doing something about scottish history for school and found your site. I think it has
a very good 'outfit'! but why does your scottish history start with the declaration of
independence? where is the story before around William Wallace and so on? that was the
matter I searched for. only a tip: why dont you write something about those things?
bye, shimmer!

I was there fall 1999, my fathers family are from there. One of my great-grandfathers
was a grounds keeper. They had a farm in Upper Auchmill. Certainly looks different today
than in 1885.I have bee trying to find the Jessimans. I know there is a John Jessiman in
Huntly now, but he won't reply to my letters. I also kow there is a dance scool and a
Betty Jessiman runs it, I had a cousi Betty jessiman that daced oce for the queen, and
also for one of the president's of the USA.
It was great to see the pictures.
